how to clear an arrest warrant

my friend let me borrow their car and i was involved in a minor accident. the did have insurance but it was not in my name, i had to go to court but i didnt show up. this happened a year ago how do i know if my friends car insurance paid for the accident or if i have to pay?

Start with Problem #1, you are a fugitive and there is an arrest warrant out for you. Go to court and preferably take a lawyer with you to reduce the risk of jail time.
