Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Community service for jail time.

I would like to know if I could do community service in place of doing jail time for an informal probation violation on driving on a suspended license?

It seems like a good possibility given the offense. You're likely to get a better deal with an attorney as the DA will know he'll have to work harder for a conviction. Our rates are very reasonable.

Yes this could be an alternative but you need a lawyer (not a public defender!!) If you have a lawyer they could work something out with the DA. If you don�t have a lawyer please contact our law office TODAY at 760.243.5121. We are very skilled in criminal defense.
