Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Can I counter sue someone that I crashed into for not having a valid California drivers license and therefore being partially negligent to the accident?

Just being unlicensed by itself is unlikely to have been a cause of the accident. It's like if their registration was out of date - how did that CAUSE the accident?
