Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I have a couple tickets in the state of california which with cost of living, and so forth I don't have the money to pay for. Though they keep me from getting my licence. I am 27, almost 28 and they have kept me from having a licence for all of my adult life. Is there a way to git rid of them with out having to pay them.

You can plead with the judge for leniency to get the fines reduced. You can also pay it over time. The court will not let you get away without paying something on the fines.
