Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Court Appearence
When appearing to contest the traffic infraction, will I have the option to change my plea from not guilty to guilty at the time the judge calls me to the stand, and will there be an option for traffic school.

you can change to a guilty plea anytime. the judge is supposed to allow traffic school even if you plead not guilty and are convicted at trial but many judges do not follow the law.
