Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I have a court date soon detailing my offense of false registration tags. I am 6 months overdue & guilty. No previous felonies or misdemeanors. I was unemployed and just landed a job. My driving record has two points. I do not know how to handle this in court, I am only prepared for the consequences as this is my lesson learned. I have no money for an attorney.

When your case is called, ask the judge to appoint a public defender to represent you. The public defender will know what to do.
