Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
didnt appear in court
I went to the court not to long ago and asked to get a court date so I can clear my tickets, and when i GOT THERE THE OFFICER AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME i COULDNT GET A COURT DATE and I have to pay the full amount. My question is, is that my only option or is there something else I can do cause I dont have that type of money and I dont live out there anymore and its holding me from my drivers license.

Re: didnt appear in court
No. You can ask that the case be put on calendar so that you could speak with the judge . . . without first paying the total fine.
In what county(ies) is this matter(s) pending?
