Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was on court probation for a DUI ( 3 yrs). I received a red light violation from a camera 12 days before my probation ended. I received a letter from the court to appear in Court. I sure my probation said "I must obey all laws". So what is the possible consequences of this probation violation? Is It worth fight the violation.

You have a very slim chance of getting violated based on this. The notice you received in the mail is most likely the notice to appear for the red light ticket. Most courts will not violate you for minor traffic violations. Don't worry about it. It may be worth it to fight the violation if you are close to having too many points on your license and if you don't qualify to attend traffic school.
