Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
curfew
If a minor is out at 10:20 p.m. on a Wednesday where curfew is 10:00 p.m., but is in a car with a provisional license which allows them to be out until 11:00 p.m., can they be cited for a curfew violation?

Re: curfew
The provisional drivers license allows them to drive until 11 pm it does not give the minor permission to stay out past curfew.
