Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Dear whom may it concern,
Last year, I received a traffic ticket because my car had been caught by red light camera. However, person on the picture is not me. What should I do? Should I contact the police right away and contest the ticket? Also when police asks me to identify the driver, what kind of action should I take?
It will be greatly appreciated if you respond to these questions.
