Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Disable placard misuse.
When I was stopped by The officer, I wasnt in the handicapped parking, not even have the disable placard hanged on my window, I was heading to the exit, he asked me to park On the handicapped parking, then he asked me for the placard. I had it under my car seat I handed over to him knowing that I was legally parked there, and I did not have to hide it from him. I was driving my mother in law and her grandson who was ditching school and that finally he decides to go to college. Right on Pico blvd, I dropped off my mother in law she doesnt like to be in closed area like a the parking lot, then she headed inside the college and sat somewhere waiting for us to register her grandson, but the process was too long for her to wait so long, I had to make a phone call to one friend that picked her from Pico blvd.
So when I mention what happened to the officer, he didnt believe me, then he came and asked me, to just say you misused the placard, and that everything will be ok.
So I believed him and I agreed to what he told me to say, voiding any escalation with him for one reason; I was just diagnosed with life threaten medical condition, I have to keep my temper down so my blood pressure stays down beside the medications; So I wont burst my brain aneurysm . Doing what the officer asked me to say made him go further, and offending me by telling me: Im healthy and I will afford to do some community service. I did not appreciate that and I cannot accept his comments about my personal health status or about him asking me to plead guilty at court.
I feel my health is getting worst physically and emotionally after this incident, I m waiting to be scheduled for another brain MRI follow up for my aneurysm.

What is your question? You give a lot of information but I can not figure out why you were stopped by the officer or what he claimed you did wrong,or why you thought your admitting to a crime would be better than maintaining your innocence.
