discovery in traffic matters in california
I have requested district attorney to provide the discovery material, but I was ignored and no response for last two months. who is responsible to provide the discovery material. How can I ask for dismissial of the case due to lack of discovery materials.

You need to get the ticket on calendar for the court to order discovery. Your informal request gets you to the place where you can ask the court to order discovery. If the DA does not comply with the court's order, then a dismissal can happen.
