Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Double yellow lines
I know a double-double yellow line cannot be crossed. But i have recently heard of people getting a ticket for making a left turn across one double yellow line into a business parking lot. I thought a double yellow, unbroken line is for no passing, but if these cannot also be crossed, what is the point of a double-double yellow?
