dress code for policeman
what is the code for what a policeman has to wear to appear in traffic court.

Same as anybody else. Business casual is OK. No jeans or tank tops.

To my knowledge, there is no "law" that mandates appearance for an officer in court. Each department may have policies in place for their officers, but other than that ... Not that I know of.
