Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Drivers License
Could somebody with a License get my car if I got pullover and dont have a Drivers License? could the police inpound my car?. Is there a law that says they cant leave the the car on the street until someone
could come and get it?.

The police officer can impound any vehicle that is driven by an unlicensed driver. Thus if the police officer agreed then a licensed driver could drive.
