Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

My drivers license is suspend for failure to pay a traffic fine.

Im unable to pay full fine.

I spoke to the collection agency and was told I need to pay the fine in full before the hold can be removed.

I am a commercial driver without my license I can't work.

I would like to know is there any option available to me, I live in Los Angeles.

Only if the court lifts the hold, but with the failure to pay, they often won't. They consider it your incentive to get it paid off.
