Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
i was driving on A. st and got stopped by an officer. he gave me a ticket for not stopping on a stop sign, i honestly dont remember if i did or not. the officer wrote the wrong st on the ticket. he wrote B. st and santa clara instead of A. st and Santa Clara. There is no Stop sign on B. st.
Can i fight this ticket?

This particular stop sign could be called the Twilight Zone stop sign, because anyone encountering it (cop, motorist) forgets all about it a few seconds thereafter. If you can find your way to B St & Santa Clara with your camera, take lots of photos of the nonexistent stop signs at -that- intersection. Read "Fight Your Ticket."
