Driving with a suspended license
I have had several Driving with suspended license tickets that are very old and I didn't take care of them I have one that I have to go to court for and the judge reffered me to see a public defender. Do I need to see a public defender and can I postpone the court date

You should immediately contact the public defender. The court may grant a continuance if needed, but will not grant a continuance merely to allow you to delay your day in court.
