failure to apear
how long does a failure to apear stay on your record if you dont ever take care of it? this is for a 4-12-03 traffic violation

A failure to appear, if not addressed, will stay on your record forever.

Re: failure to apear
until you take care of it. The failure to appear turned into a bench warrant. Bench warrants do not go away with time.
