Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
At fault liability
I was involved in a vehicle accident which was my fault for failure to stop at a posted sign. However the other driver was driving on a suspended/revoked license. Does this automatically make him at fault or does my insurance have to cover his property damage?

Re: At fault liability
The status of his driver's license has nothing to do with liability for the accident. Report the accident to your insurance company and allow it to take care of it.
