Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I just found out my wife was issued a red light traffic ticket. We never received any citation in the mail or otherwise. We found out because we received some mail advertisement from a lawyer saying she had been cited and offering his services. We went online and then found some of the information on the ticket. My wife has never even been in the area where the ticket was issued, so there is absolutely no way they have her photo of her running a red light. We are going to fight this, but she is a immigrant and she is intimidate by the court. Is there any way I can appear with her as her legal assistant, or possibly as her interpreter, and help her in front of the judge?

Sherman Ellison Law Offices of Sherman M. Ellison

1. First, I would like to see the ticket.

2. Second, I would like to see "some mail advertisement from a lawyer saying she had been cited". This letter is most important to me.

3. Please take a picture or scan the documents and e-mail them to me.

4. If your wife's ticket is in a court I frequently go to, and as a "pro bono" courtesy, I would go for her and/or with you and her to the court on a date convenient to both of us . . . with no legal fees charged. Pro bono means free of any legal fees.
