Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My friend went to court on what he thought was a cell phone ticket, but it was because he had no proof of insurance. The vehicle was insured but he plead guilty because he thought it was for cell phone. Does he have any recourse. Can he request another court date? The vehicle was insured but he was fined $1000.
