Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My friend got pulled over while driving through Virginia at 90/70 mph. He's scared that he has to do jail time. He has a California license, can that help him in any way ? He has a court dated next month but he's in the military as well. Do you think he'll have to serve jail time ?
