Handicap Parking Violation
My boyfriend recieved a ticket for parking in a handicap parking space. Although the space was painted white and there were not any blue lines on the floor. Also, there were not any handicap posted in front of the parking spot. Can he recieve a ticket anyway? How can I find the law regarding the way a handicap parking spot should look like? Please help

A handicap space must both be posted and painted for the ticket to be valid.
