Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
handicap ticket
i received a hanidcap ticket, but the dates on the ticket dont match when i had my car.My car was in possesion of the smog place where i took it, they had my car for about 3 days and apparently parked it in a hanidcap parking. i was given a ticket and when i picked up my car on the third day, there was no ticket reciept on the window, so some one must have took it off. i went to get it appealed, but the law says its my resposibility. i dont understand, it was out of my hands. i didnt park my car there they wokers did. how do i will pay the ticket,but how do i go about making the smog place pay me?? thank you for your time nad advice.

The Nolo Press book "How to Fight Your Trafffic Ticket" is a good source of information regarding your situation. This book is available at many libraries and on line for a minimal cost.
