Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Hello,
I recently got a ticket for 12814.6 CVC and was changed to 12814.6 (b)(1)(b) CVC, I would like to know what the b1b means and what are the fines/things they can charge me with.

It just clarified the specific subsection you are being charged with. Such things happen all the time.
The fine amount will be in the notice you receive from the court, or you'll have to appear to find out what the fine is.
