Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Hello,I recieved a citaition for not showing proof of insurance
I didnt make it to my court date will it now turn into a warrant or a bigger fine?

The general rule is that a failure to appear in court results in a warrant being issued. An additional misdemeanor charge is also often added. This results in an additional fine.
