Illegal Name on Citation

Recently I was pulled over and gave the officer someone else's information..How can I go to court and clear this matter up and let them know I gave false information to the traffic officer

Providing false information to a police officer is a crime. You should consult with an attorney before you take any action. Judges tend to hand out serious sentences for this type of conduct.
