how do I get Ins. Co. to pay
11/8/08 rear-ended..his ins. has admitted fault but has not paid..can hardly get them to respond to me & now says I am under investigation for my injuries & loss of wages I am asking for...I can't get an atty to take claim as it is too small amt for them to consider...what are my options for getting this company to pay me what I am entitiled to?

You can sue in small claims court for up to $7,500. Neither you nor the at fault person can be represented by an attorney. There is a small claims court clinic to assist you in the preparation of your case.
