Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
No Insurance/Bumped Car/No Damage
I bumped into a stopped car at an intersection with no stop sign. He had use of only one arm, and nothing on his liscence stated this. His defense has contacted me about my insurance which I do not have. There was no damage to his vehicle, and no injury to him. What is my next step?

When you get your license back and after you pay his damages claim, be sure to buy insurance.
