Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was issued a 55 in a 45 citation. 45 days later citation not in system due to fact that it was a duplicate citation number. Court reassigned citation number and continued my case for another 60 days. Was my right to a speedy trial violated, is "new" citation invalid as I never signed it, and does this all mean it should be dismissed?
