Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I was issued a parking ticket on Saturday and wanted to find out more information about it. Under "violation information" on the back of the ticket, I was instructed to contact the local PD for any questions. The number provided was out of service and a call to the PD directly resulted in a very rude dispatch operator offering no assistance. Can this outdated information be used as a defense in fighting this ticket?

no. They have no legal obigation the help you, and I have never seen any mention of calling the police for help on a ticket.

Reread the ticket

. THE POLICE are the enemy, they have no obligation to help you, and will think you are crazy for expecting them to help you with fighting their case. There is no one to help you, 'cept one. Its not the jduge's job, he must remain neutral. There is no public defender for tickets. There is only one peron whose job it is to help you. Your attorney.
