Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
On January 30, 2009 I was pulled over by California Highway Patrol for a traffic violation I did not commit and was booked for a DUI. The officer had me do five different field sobriety tests, during which the officer asked me many questions. One such question was where I was born, anyways after the test the officer had me blow into the breathalyzer three different times, even asking if I had chewed gum. After the tests the officer informed me I need a blood test, and did not give me a chance to reject it; and the reason for this was his uncertainty with the breathalyzer results. They never informed me of my BAC through the night and I was wondering what case I can make with this information when I go to court to get the case dropped/charge reduced.

You won't be able to do diddly-squat by yourself. Hire a lawyer to defend the case, or else have the public defender plead you guilty.
