Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I get a jaywalking ticket, but I crossed a street on green light for cars

I get a jaywalking ticket, but I crossed a street on green light for cars on my side!

I crossed a street when traffic light was still hand(without blinking) and it's was small street, 2 lines only! On this crosswalk traffic light(''hand'') almost always blinking only few times and most of the time when you start crossing you don't know when it will be stop blinking and usually I looking on round green light for cars!

Can I plead not guilty at court?

You can plead not guilty and have a trial on the issue of the jaywalking ticket.
