Re: Can a Judge dimiss in order for myself to join Army?
You will have get the cases set for hearing and go to court explain to the court your desire to join the army and what you need to have happen so you can join the army. The judge may feel sorry for you and dismiss the fines. However, to get your driver's license will require you to complete the specified alcohol class.
