Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Is it legal to fine me for turning right on a red light when the ticket was issued by a red light camera?

If you came to a full stop and only turned when it was safe to, then you did not break any traffic law. If you did not, then you broke the law and does not matter if a camera saw you do it or a police officer did. The camera, however, may not have had the ability to see all traffic coming from the sides so would not know if it was a safe turn. You do not give enough information to know what did happen.
