Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Legality of Concealed speed traps
Do I have a case for fighting a speeding ticket if the ticketing officer was completely concealed and stationary with his radar gun? I almost hit the officer when he pulled out because he was completely concealed and pulled out in front of me.
