Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
liability
my son was driving my truck and had an accedent he is on my insurance policy. My son is over 18 but still lives at home. No one was cited or arrested. if it turns out to be his fault what is my liability

If your son was at fault, you are liable for the damages as the owner of the vehicle. There are statutory limits that may apply, but your insurance company will defend you and your son, as well as pay any damages caused by your son. But, you may want to make sure that your insurance limits are hight enough.
