how do i get my license back if i cant pay the fines but i need it to work and my fines are in a failure to pay

You're caught between a rock and a hard place. The court notified the DMV that you failed to pay the fines, so the DMV suspended your license. The only way to get the hold lifted is to pay off the fines in full.
You can try to get your case put in front of a judge to see if they can do anything about lowering the fines, but it may be too late.
