Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
i cant get my license back till i go to court and pay 5 thou...money i dont have cuz i still have to pay student loan and im currently out of a job. is there any way i could do community service or pay less???

I don't have enough facts to answer your question. But if you have a court date you may ask the judge for permission to do community service. But what you have got to understand is that if the judge permits you to do community service, it will be a lot of community service and you will not get your license back until you complete it.
