Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
no license
i just bought a car and i was driving a car home.i got into minor traffic accident by rearending another car.When police arrived they told me that my drivers license is suspended which i didn.t know.plus my car had no insurance and registration.car was impounded for 30 days ,that means i am about to loose my job.and car. what can i possible do to get my car back.officer told me that i will have to register car to someone else then they will released.please help me,tell me what should i do?

Transferring the car into somebody else's name is risky and I would not recommend it. You need to confront your problem head on. Even if you get your car out under someone else's name and are caught driving on a suspended license, you will face the same situation again.
I recommend you find you why your license was suspended and then try to confront those charges and eliminate the suspension. You will need a lawyer for this.
