Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Licensed in one state and citation in another
I just moved to California and recently registered my vehicle. Although my vehicle is registered in California my license is still from Nevada. I received a moving violation citation. If I pay the ticket does it go against my Nevada record only? When I get my California driver's license will it show up? If I go to traffic school do I have to go to Nevada or can I go to school in California with a Nevada Driver's license?
