Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I live in San Diego, ona recent trip to Disneyland a Highway Patrol pulled my boyfriend and I over. My boyfriend was driving and the car it;s my moms. Officer gave hima ticket for tinted windows near Vista. i thought only a "regular" police office can give tickets for your windows tinted. not a highway patrol.
