Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Lost wages due to auto accident

I was hit 7-27-01, and the insurer of the guy that hit me keeps lagging and states that they won't accept liability until they talk to him. He's at fault and i've lost wages from both of my jobs and still haven't gotten my car repaired. Is there a statute of limitations they are waiting for? Are they responsible for my lost income and medical bills? And is there anything i can do about it?(besides contact an atty)

Lost wages, lost earning capacity, medical bills, future medical costs, and, pain and suffering are awardable. You need to obtain representation immediately so as to have the reserves set at the highest possible level. Attorneys more than earn their share of a settlement or award. Moreover, don't talk to the adjuster!!! Everything you say will be used to minimize your claim or skirt liability. The insurance companies have attorneys to protect thier rights, why don't you?
