Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I manage a condominium complex and I was sued for towing someones car without a parking permit. The person lived there for years and knew the rules. I lost the suit because the judge said I had to have a sign at the entrance even though I had signs at all parking stalls. Is this right? Can I appeal?

you can appeal. If it must be done within 60 days but small claims have different rules for appeals by defendants. It must be done within in the time or there is no appeal. I don't think it has to be in the entrance just very apparent from the parking spot but most put it in the entrance. You have to look up the rule anyways to appeal.
