Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was in a minor car accident about a month ago. Neither me or my passengers were hurt. I just got the police report the other day and not only is my full statement not in the report, but they placed me at fault. I do not feel as if anyone is explaining to me why I can not do anything but except liability and I do not think the accident was my fault. What should I do?

Go to the police department and amend the report
