Minors and tickets
If my 16yr olds ticket isn't paid who is responcible? Is the legal guardian responcible for paying? Will it go on the guardians record?

Re: Minors and tickets
It is my understanding that the juvenile court will hold him responsible for the payment of the ticket. The times that I have appeared in juvenile court for a traffic ticket the commissioner has stressed that the juvenile is responsible for the for ticket. I am not aware of any provision for the parent being liable for the payment of the ticket.
