Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
missed court
i missed my court date for some traffic violations and got a letter saying they have ordered a bench warrant. i wanted to know if you think they will pick me up or let me see an attorny on monday?

Traffic warrants are generally served when the person is stopped for a minor traffic violation, or is a passenger in a car that is stopped. The police seldom have time to find people and arrest on minor traffic warrants, but will enforce the warrant if they come into contact with the wanted person.
