Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Last month I was stopped for talking on my cell phone while driving. It was on speaker the whole time and I still received a ticket. Was I wrong?

If you were holding it, you were in violation. It's not that you cannot talk on the phone - it must be hands free though.
