Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Moving court locations
If a got a speeding ticket in Mojave, CA for going over 100 miles per hour, is there any way I can move the court hearing to Orange County or a closer location (I live in Orange County)? What if I have some kind of medical condition that would put my health in danger if I had to travel that far? Is there a way to fight a ticket of this sort?

Re: Moving court locations
you cannot move it to another county but many courts will allow you to submit your testimony by written declaration so you dont have to travel up there.
